Milestone promotes and supports an ethical work environment and compliance culture by ensuring that business practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of ethics and industry standards.
These are the foundation of our policies and provide a common framework for how we interact with our colleagues, do business with our partners and suppliers, and deal with our customers around the world.

Organisation, management and control model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001

Milestone S.r.l. has for years drawn up, adopted and constantly updated an organisational, management and control model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. The company has also set up a Supervisory Board, a body with full autonomy to monitor the functioning and compliance of the model and to promote its updating. Milestone also updates the Code of Ethics, which is an integral part of the company’s organisation, management and control model. Each employee is obliged to respect and implement the Code by behaving in a compliant and responsible manner.

Whistleblowing procedure

Milestone has established a dedicated whistleblowing channel to encourage effective reporting. Reports can be made anonymously and without fear of retaliation. All reported cases will be treated confidentially and will be properly reviewed and investigated. Where appropriate, disciplinary and corrective action will be taken to address any weaknesses and prevent future violations.
